1.Tungsten carbide rollers are ideal for use in applications where strength, durability and longevity are factors.
2.Tungsten Carbide (WC) is twice as strong as steel and is similar to corundum in hardness.
3.It has a Young's Modulus rating of 530–700 GPa and the material is twice as dense as steel.
4.Tungsten carbide rollers combine superior hardness with resistance to abrasion and wear and they are available in a wide range of sizes. 
5.Tungsten carbide rollers are more and more popular in steel works for production of deformed bars bec of its excellent wear resistance and impact strength. 
6.Currently there're mainly original material and recycled material,service life of original material is 1200-1500 tons of wires.
